I've been promising Katie that I'd get pictures of our new apartment on our blog ever since we've moved here, and tonight, while I bake Mile-Hi's and much on purple jello, I'm making good on the promise!!
Here is the view from my front door. I love my four windows behind the blue couch. I'm not the biggest fan of the other two couches, but they were free, as was the blue couch. So they are PERFECT! The table in the corner however, is new. Probably the only piece of new furniture I own...
This is a picture standing from my hallway. I finally got to hang frames in my home! Now I just need to get pictures in them!
This is from my blue couch, looking in at my kitchen/laundry room. You may laugh, you may think it's not ideal. But let me tell you, everywhere else we looked had no washer and dryer, so I'd rather have it right in my kitchen then three blocks down! Notice the dishwasher, a definate upgrade from our last place! And a garbage disposal!
Looking into my hallway. On the right is our bathroom. We've liked having a tub again, instead of just a stand up shower. To the left is our bedroom. And at the end of the hall is our second bedroom, soon to be baby's room.
There you go Katie! When we have a moose out front, I'll get some pictures of the outside of our place!

Alyx, your apartment's so cute. I love your blue couch, also. It looks velour or something from the photos which makes it even cooler.
I agree with you about the washer and dryer. Better in the kitchen than none at all. Our washer and dryer are in our kitchen and I've totally gotten used to it. It's almost more convenient that way, especially once the baby's born.
